Process

I stared from the premise of an existing buyer persona and study. Therefore, the definition phase was approached directly.

Define

Persona:
Katherine, 50, Executive, Dublin (Ireland)

Katherine is an executive in local offices of an international medical device company.
She earns 100,000 per year, has children in college and is style and price conscious.
She is updating furniture in the family’s four bedroom home slowly, now that his children are gone.
She loves searching the internet for style guides and uses Pinterest to gather her ideas.
